A high dose but effective if the hair fall is due to nutritional deficiency! Natrol supplements have always worked for me. The dosage of this Biotin is slightly high, but benefits those with food deficiencies affecting nails, skin, and hair.

It is GOOD. When I ingested food containing wheat, I experienced itching. I believe it is just an allergy, and I stopped taking biotin for a while. In my case, it helps alleviate allergic symptoms. I take 4 grains a day.
